TS5100 Series Paper Output Support

bh2228

I just installed a new PIXMA TS5100 printer.  It seems to be missing the paper output support that keeps the printed pages from falling on the floor.  Has anyone else experienced this item missing? How do you go about getting another one? TIA

Hi bh2228,

The support arm can be pulled and then folded out, please click HERE and see items 13 and 12. If there are the pieces missing from your printer, please call our support group at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST.

Thanks, Arthur. I finally found it. The graphic you referenced looked like the support was supposed to be part of the paper tray, which is where I was looking for it.
