TR8520 shuts off and won't power back on

Hi,

My TR8520 started doing this last week. It shuts off, and will not respond to the power button or anything other than unplugging it for 30 seconds or so and plugging it back in.

 

I had turned on the setting to wake itself when a print job appears, and it had been working fine for several months until now.

 

I think it is a bad printer, but I could be wrong. Any suggestions? It should still be in warranty. Bought this online at Best Buy.
