TR8520 ink cartridge is stuck to the right and screen will not show anything.

Hello.  Hoping someone can help.  I recently replaced an ink cartridge, successfully printed something out and then yesterday, nothing was working.  The power light is on so I know it is connected properly (no loose connections).  The ink "tray" will not move from its position all the way to the right and the screen will not show me any options.  Any trouble shooting ideas would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks in advance!
