TR4551 not printing in colour

Hi

 

I have a Canon TR4551 that has stopped printing in colour (regardless of settings). I have undertaken a factory reset and de-installed and re-installed drivers.

 

There are no apparent error messages and the ink tank shows as over half full.

 

I would appreciate any ideas as to what I can attempt next.

Cleaning or deep cleaning cycle.
