Thanks!

I am using a Pixma MX472 printer. Before today, I had no issues sending faxes; however, today it looked as if it were sending a fax, but an error report was generated after it finished. The report said INCOMPLETE TRANSMISSION.

Also, when I select Fax, the LCD message shows "Memory in Use".

Hello.

The issue may be related to the machine that you are attempting to send the fax to.

Try sending a fax to a different party to narrow down the cause of the issue.
