Recently updated OS; trouble with scanner; driver re-install not helping

I recently updated my mac's OS, and now my MG2220 won't scan properly; My Image Garden simply displays question marks. I went to the web site and downloaded the updated drivers, but unfortunately it hasn't helped. Hoping you could shed some light on this. Thanks!

Hello! I went back over to the drivers available on the site, and lo and behold, I had forgotten to install one. Which I then did. So, many thanks for your reply, fortunately the issue is now resolved. Cheers!
