Realign printing

karissamcl

Hi. I have a MG3600 which is having issues since establishing on a new wifi.

It will not print pictures--just text.

The text that will print is no longer aligned properly. Instead of starting at the left of the page, it is printing to the right. almost as if I tabbed a couple times over.

Any suggestions on how to realign the printing and/or how to get to start printing pictures again?

Thank you!

Hi. Thank you.

This is running on a mac os sierra.

Hi karissamcl,

Please try reinstalling the driver:

 1.  Click on the Apple in the upper left hand corner and then System Preferences.

 2.  Click on Printers & Scanners.

 3.  Click on the Canon printer on the left side and then [ - ] at the bottom to remove it.

 4.  Repeat until all Canon printers are removed from the left side.

 5.  Click the [ + ] and then click on Add printer or scanner.  A new window will open.

 6.  In the new window, please click 1 time on the Canon printer entry that has "IJ Network" to the right.

 7.  At the bottom, next to "Use", please make sure that "Canon MG3600 series" is selected.

 8.  Click Add.

Once the printer is listed on the left side again in the printers window, please attempt to print.
