I have an MF733CDW. I occasionally need to print on 4 x 6 writing table paper, but it keeps jamming. I suspect I have to set the paper size (and maybe thickness), but I can't figure out how to do that. The set up screen on the printer kind of lets me do that, but it's completely opaque as to what to do next, and there's no setting for paper thickness. I can get to a similar screen on the print dialog box on my computer, and it has a paper thickness setting, but I can't figure out what to do next. Is it even possible to do that on this printer? If so, how do I make it happen???
