Printing does not match colors in pdf

I own an mx922 and up until now (I've owned it for 2 months) all I've done is black and white and some simple color printing.  I now need to be able to print a pdf file that has some very specific graphics (a scan of a record label) that I would like to print but when I do the green is much darker then what I see on my screen.  What do I have to do to get more realistic prints?  Thanx!
