PIXMA MG5320 says no paper when I have paper

I tried to print a web page wirelessly from my iPad on my canon mg 5320. I have had no problem before. Now it says error, cassette. There is no paper. Load paper then push start. I had plenty of paper loaded. I reloaded and pushed start...same message

I also have the same problem, when I choose the ducument to be printed it gives the error that there is no paper in tray but there is paper, can anyone give me a tip how to solve it please?

As I mentioned above, I found a "workaround" in that I load paper in the Rear Tray and then print from that tray at all times. The rear tray holds about 20 sheets. I was able to change the printer settings on my laptop so that it always selects "Print from Rear Tray" or something like that. I'm so happy that I have a working printer again! Zero frustration.
