Print not good quality

Hi Everyone hope someone can offer some assistance. If you could look at the attached file you can see what looks like every secon line the print is not good. I have tried cleaning print head, manually and auto setting on head alignment. I have even removed print head and cleaned all to no avail. Before purchasing a new print head was hoping someone could offer some advice.
