Please Help

  • MG6620
  • will not turn on
  • can't get the screen to show anything
  • White light next to the power button
  • Power button won't do anything
  • triangle with zigzag mark glowing orange
  • when unplugged both lights turn back off

You can try to plug the printer into a different power outlet to see if the printer will power on. If the printer still wont power on, the printer will need service.

 

If the printer is still within it's 1 year warranty please contact 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST so agents can look into your service options.

 

If the printer is out of warranty, you can take the printer to any local repair shops in your are to have it repaired. You also qualify for the Canon Upgrade program.This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
