I would like to copy a legal-size (A4) document reduced to letter-size.  I can't figure out how to do it - no instructions in the manual.

Greetings,

It might be helpful if you told us what OS you were using the printer with.

Also what program or application you are printing from.  What is the file (document or image)

If word or excel, I would guess that one of the following might be responsible

Selected paper type

Zoom settings

Margins

Print area settings

Page Brake Preview

My OS is Windows 10

I have hard copies of legal sized documents.  I would either like to directly copy them to letter sized paper or if necessary scan and copy to PDF and then print to letter size paper.

Trying to do this the easiest way.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
