I have had my Pixma MX922 for a several years. My operating system is Windows 10. I really have never had any issues with my printer until I changed my WFi. In January, I changed from the using a Netgear router and satellite internet to a Boost hotspot. My printer will connect with the hotspot. My laptop will show the printer, but whenever I send something to the printer it goes into error state. If I try to connect the printer to google cloud or any other webservice, it says it can't connect to the server. I also used to be able to print from my phone and/ or send scans from the printer to the phone when the phone is connected to the wifi. Now, my phone cannot even find the printer. Thank you for any insight on solving the issues.
