I have replaced the yellow print cartridge today using a genuine Canon cartridge. Since then I repeatedly get error messages saying the printer cannot recognise one or more ink cartridges or that one or more cartridges have been installed twice. I have removed & replaced the cartirdges, restarted the printer on several occasions but the problem persists.

Hi Gingertiger,
Please open the cover to your PIXMA MX920 series printer with the power turned on.
Are all of the lights on the ink tanks lit? Are any blinking?
Are all of the ink tanks installed in your printer Canon ink tanks?

I have tried your suggestions above and it just keeps telling me there is an issue with one of my cartridges (it changes which cartridge is having an issue each time). I am using Canon replacement cartridges and have since I purchased the printer. This is the first time this has happened to me. It will not print until I resolve the issue which makes the printer useless to me.
