Pixma MX920 Error C000

I've followed every instruction but printer still alerts with C000 error and printer shows paused but nothing is there to print?

Cannot get new ink cartridge holder to move?

Hi CaroleB4546,

 

 Try gently moving the ink tank holder as close to you as possible. Try pushing the closest ink tank down. Once clicked into place, try moving the ink tank holder closer, repeat as needed. If you meet resistance, do not attempt to move the ink tank holder any further because the printer would require service.

 

If your printer is still within the warranty( 1 year from purchase date) please contact our support group at t 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST.

 

If your printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program.
