Pixma MX920 - Black and White print doesnt work

Hello team

The MX920 I own has an issue with black and white print. The color print works fine. 

When we try black and white alone, it double prints. 

I went to the Printer settings -> Maintenancce mode

and did the routing maintenance. 

Please let me know how can I fix this.

I would be happy to assist with your black and white double printing. In this situation you can try a print head alignment using the steps in the link provided HERE. You can try aligning the print head two times to see if it resolves the double printing.

If the MX922 is still printing double, you can try cleaning the encoder/timing strip using the steps provided in the link HERE.
