Hi. My usually reliable PIXMA MG3550 had a paper jam for some reason. I opened the back to get the paper out, now everything I print is coming out double exposure but only in places. I've aligned the print heads, updated drivers and checked out the mechanics of the paper release drawer at the back but nothing seems to work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

I ended up fixing my own problem with help from https://youtu.be/bY4_P1IBiRM. I took a glasses wipe to clean the encoder. I hope I've helped someone else out there.

Hi, I have the same printer and the paper just wont feed. I've cleaned the rollers but I think they aren't even moving which I think is the actual problem I have now identified. The printer turns on, but every time i try to print or photocopy something I get an orange flashing light that flashes twice. Which, according to my research corresponds to paper not feeding. But if the rollers at the bottom won't even roll I really dont know what to do. Can you help?
