Pixma G6020 installation problem

We  purchased a Pixma G6020 this week. I installed the printer and printer software successfully on one desktop and two laptop computers. The desktop and one of the laptops successfully installed and prints to the printer. However the second laptop cannot print to the new printer. I get an error message but no support code.

 

All three computers successfully connect to the printer.

During installation on the third laptop, the printer is installed, but hangs up during the registration process. 

The printer is connected on our WIFI.

All three computers run Windows 10 Home

 

Anyone have thoughts on why this might happen?
