PIXMA MX922

This printer was purchased new in 2015.  Today, while trying to print a post card, the card jammed.  I removed the jammed card by pulling out the cassettes and retrieving that card.  Now I cannot get the printer to recognize that there is no paper jammed any longer.  Thus, I am unable to print anything because it keeps returning to the error message asking me to clear the jamb.  Error code is 1313 and I've followed all the recommended steps for that error code several times.  No luck.  Any other ideas of how to clear the error?

Hi bill_h,

The 1313 error indicates that there is a paper jam in the back of the printer.

Please follow the steps on this page to clear this error:

If the paper jam error persists, your PIXMA MX922 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.

To help you get up and running quickly, we also offer free standard shipping (if the order is completed by 12:30PM ET). If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 seven days a week, 8am to Midnight. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
