PIXMA MX922 won't print yellow

Have the printer that is 3 years old. Yellow stopped printing. Have put in a new cartridge and tried cleaning, deep cleaning and auto head alignment. Any suggestions?

Hi JeffE,

 

You have done everything I would suggest to get the yellow ink flowing. You can try ordering a new print head from Canon. For the price and availability of parts, please contact the Parts department below by calling them directly at 1-866-481-2569 between the hours of 9 AM to 7 PM (ET) Monday to Friday.

 

You can order parts through our Parts department. Please note that items purchased directly from the parts department are not returnable and there is a chance that it will not correct the issue you are currently experiencing.

 

You also qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program. Unfortunately we had already purchased a new printer in the weeks before this reply. Also when I went to install my new Canon TS8320 as I was entering the url a fake canon site popped up first and I mistakenly went to it and was being scammed. Does Canon do anything to patrol these sites?
