PIXMA MX922 will not print following "initiation" . Computer screen says it is in "error state".

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 or Mac 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your printer (USB or networked via WiFi or Ethernet).

Using Windows 10, just recently updated from 8. Could that be the problem? Connect via WI-FI. The computer is 3 feet from the printer.
