PIXMA MG8120 WIN10 Creators Update not working

My printer has not been working since WIN10 v. 1703 OS Build 15063.296

Pixma MG8120

Windows does not reconize the printer also reinstalled the drivers its still not working.

Hi Mayfly,

 

If you have any antivirus, firewall or anti-spyware programs installed on your computer, please temporarily disable them and then attempt to reinstall the printer, as these programs can sometimes block the detection and successful installation of the printer.  Once the printer is reinstalled successfully, you can re-enable the protection software.
