Hi cervri,

What is the weight (in lbs) of the 4x6 paper being loaded in the printer?  Also, do any errors or messages display on the printer or your computer when the paper feeds?

For more immedate assistance, please call 1-866-261-9362, Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) and a Canon technical support representative will be happy to help.  There is no charge for this call.

Don't know the weight of the paper, it's a sample pack gloss provided with the printer...No error codes...It just runs the paper through without printing.

Hi cervri,

The first step to take with any print quality issue is to perform a nozzle check.  A nozzle check does require US Letter sized paper.  Full instructions can be found HERE
