Trying to download MG6820 software to a new computer. When I try to install, I get a pop up that says "Zip file is damaged, truncated, etc. Try download again." I've tried downloading several times. Windows 10 recognizes the printer and I can print, but can't scan. Help!

Are you using the download from this page? I think its an online tool.

Please try using a different web browser, such as Edge, Chrome or Firefox. I have noticed this issue when using Chrome.
