I continue to receive an error message when I try to register/setup my PIXMA MG5420 to Google cloud.  The error message reads "cannot connect to server.  Please wait awhile and try again later."  I have reconnected to wifi, turned off, and unplugged numerous times without any success.  Continue to get error message.  Please help/advise.

The necessary ports that are used for the Google Cloud Print service may be blocked on your network.  Visit the following link for details about which ports are used:
