PIXMA MG3650 Copy Print Size

PollyWolly

Sorry, newbie here. I can't see any way of making a new comment on a new topic.  Can anyone help?  The topic is the size the copy is being printed, i.e. only in one quarter of an A4 page.

Hi, PollyWolly!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using, along with which operating system your device is running and which version thereof. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi Danny

My printer is an MG3650.  I'm using Windows 10 and an AVG browser but the same problem has arisen if I use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. I'm trying to copy an email attachment but all Im getting is a copy in the corner of a page and even then not the entire page I'm trying to copy. I had an equally cheap Canon printer before I got a new PC three years ago. It worked perfectly but not with the new PC and Windows 10.

I've heard the problem may be to do with the settings on my PC but I've no idea how to find out what is wrong and remedy it. I'm no techie!
