I have given scan from IJ scan utility.
First its showing scanner is warming up do not open the document cover..
After some time showing as follows....
Internal error occurred scanner will be closed, code 2, 220,19

i find the simiilar question in the microsoft discussion, the answer should be like this
· Was it working before?
· Were there any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
Step 1: Verify that the Scanner is detected by the Computer.
If the scanner is recognized by the computer, it will be displayed under "Imaging devices" in Device Manager.
a. On the Start menu, right-click My Computer, then select Properties.
b. On the Hardware tab, select Device Manager.
Step 2: Run the following Microsoft Fix it:
“Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows “: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/hardware_device_problems/en-us
