PGBK ink won’t print

The PGBK ink will not print. I have tried a deep clean and replaced the ink cartridge. With no results. When the test page is printed the grid lines don’t print. How do I resolve this issue

The printer is a TS5020 all in one

Hi mlynnr31,

 

Because performing deep cleanings did not get your PIXMA TS5020 to print correctly, your printer may need service.

If deep cleaning doesn't help, a new print head might be in your future.  Canon will help you determine this.  Then you can decide what direction you want to go in.
