Hi

My Laser printer/Scanner is saying it has a paper jam. I have followed all the intstructions to fix it, unplugged, opened front and back, checked for any debris etc. All to no avail.

My printer model is MF733Cdw.

Please help!

Hello Beth,

 

If you are getting a paper jam error and you can't locate any jammed paper or obstructions, it will usually mean the printer needs service. Just to make sure, you can check the link provided HERE to make sure all the locations that can cause a jam error have been checked.

 

If all of the locations have been checked and you still get the jam error, it would looks like the printer needs service. To check your service options, feel free to contact support at 1-800-652-2666 or you can use the link provided HERE to access your My Canon account.
