Out of box no print on page (Pixma TS6120)

Just unboxed and setup Pixma TS6120. No problems with setup at all. Print test shows no ink at all on the paper. I have removed the ink and replaced. No change. No errors. Finding no help on the web site.
Connected via WiFi and running OSX 10.11.6 on iMac. Everything seems to be working fine other than no ink on the paper.

Please try performing a print head alignment by following the steps shown here, and a print head cleaning and deep cleaning by following the steps shown here to try and get the ink to print.  Should the ink still not print, we ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative here for further assistance.  A representative will be happy to assist you free of charge.
