i just received a new printer in the mail and hooked up the printer for the first time. I am getting an error message "support code 6000"  and there is no printing. How do I fix it?

Hello.

 

Make sure that the packing materials and bright orange tape have been removed from the printer.  Check the back area of the printer as well.
