My MX340 error

reads "Contact Service Center" Unplugging does not get rid of message. What do I do to solve this?

I ran a diagnostic and it seems that the ink reservoir was full...it could not be easily accessed. I ended up replacing the printer.

Window saying contact service center.  What is that? It was working fine and just started acting up.  I am running Windows 7
