My MG6320 will not print nor copy

Ink cartridges are in place correctly. I have cleaned the print heads and rollers.  I cannot get the printer to print or copy.  What else can I do?

Hi,

Since cleaning the print head did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service. If the printer is outside of it's 1 year warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program.
