My Canon MG3500 series printer is always offline, or it is not responding, or the port is busy.

The printer stopped working a week or so after we bought it, and it hasn't worked since. We have checked connections, re-installed drivers, and re-started the spooler service but nothing makes it work.

Usually this problem can be solved by update priner driver, did you get an error code?
