Mx430 double printing certain (but not all) fonts

Im having an issue where everything that is in Times New Roman is double printing. This does not happen with arial font. Im confused, its on any software or browser and before anyone says i already have a good head alignment. Has someone had this issue before?

Hi Prodigal1,

You can try cleaning the encoder film in your printer by following the steps HERE. If that does not resolve the issue, you may need to delete and the reinstall the printer driver.

So we can make sure you get the most up to date driver, please reply with the version of Windows or Macintosh is installed on your computer?

Thanks! I read this as a solution before but wasnt convinced... but in the end that made all the difference.
