MX922 will no longer print

Good Afternoon,

  A few days ago, my printer stopped putting ink onto the paper.  It happened in the middle of making a copy.  The machine will accept a print command, go through the usual processes, make all the usual sounds, spit the paper out...without any ink (of any color) on it.  I have run both cleaning processes to no avail.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Because performing printhead cleanings did not get your PIXMA MX922 to print correctly, it is recommended that you contact our support group using the following link:
