MX922 support code 1300 paper jam

My mx922 recently started showing a jam error message after the first page prints. I have taken the cassettes out, opened the ink cartridge door and removed the rear panel roller area and there is no jam. If I turn it off and restart, same issue, one and done. I chatted with support and even ran a roller clean cycle. Support closed the chat while I was running the cycle. Still same problem. Have had it less than a year, and now shows the phantom jam every time.

Since the printer is still in warranty, I recommend contacting chat again or speaking to one of the phone agents at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST.

 

If they are unable to resolve the issue and you still have a copy of the paper or online receipt, they can process a warranty exchange for you.
