MX922 printing blank pages

LordDonkey

Just as the title suggests, I have a Canon MX922 that is printing blank pages. It's using ink but the pages are blank. I've ran several deep clean cycles with no luck. It can waste ink i.e., the ink levels drop a lot, to deep-clean, but it still prints blank pages? No errors codes are appearing. I've tried fresh ink tanks. They are being used, the ink levels go down on the screen, and I've confirmed the ink levels are actually moving in the tank. I'm not sure where the ink could be going because it's not going on my paper! I've followed the recommended head cleaning procedures with no help. Is it a bad head or is this thing completely dead? It was printing spotty pages sometimes.

Hi LordDonkey,

If the ink tanks are full and you have performed multiple deep cleaning and your PIXMA MX922 is still not printing correctly, your PIXMA MX922 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.

To help you get up and running quickly, we also offer free standard shipping (if the order is completed by 12:30 PM ET). If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 weekdays and Saturdays after 11 AM ET (8 AM PT). Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
