MX922 Printer Won't Print Pictures Properly from top tray

My MX922 printer is not printing pictures properly from the top tray (i.e. distorting colors). If I select the bottom tray and print, the pictures seem to print fine without distorted colors. Can anyone recommend how to fix this?

What paper is loaded in the bottom cassette?

What version of Windows (or OSX) is installed on your computer?

What program are you printing from?
