My MX922 has lost its mind. When helping my daughter print something from Google Docs, we found using the high quality print setting was still returning a bad result. I ran the nozzle test and it seems to be missing the pattern at the top. I then randomly ran the cleaning routine and then downloaded the latest firmware and nothing. From Google Docs, it only spools and from Word on my desktop, it only prints the images within a document - no text. I've restarted both the printer and my laptop multiple times, restarted the print spooler, reinstalled the printer, etc. No clue what to do next. Thoughts?
