MX922 Error 2500 Pronter Head

Can not use this printer because of a printer head alignment, what incompetent software engineer decided this was necessary for setup. I've never seen such a thing in a printer, it's just so stupid.

All of the post I see regarding this issue all come to the same conclusion, faulty printer head or you get lucky doing a hard power restart. But canon supports replys just inform you to call them.

Cant return, what a waste of $100+. I'm just blown away.

Mx922 error2500

Printer is unusable, 100 down the drain. Canon does not care or wants to help. Another 20min wait for a phone call, to tell me a part is faulty and there is nothing they can do about it.
