MX922 1403 ERROR

I bought this printer a year and 10 months ago. I do not use it much. I powered it on today to print out some things and I got a  Support Code 1403 The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head. This is nonsense. I've tried removing the cartridges and reinstalling them. Nothing works. What can I do with this thing ?

Nobody? That helped make up my mind about buying another Canon product. You just lost another customer Canon. Adios.

I've called the support number twice and both times I sat and waited listening to the music and  no one answered. So thanks for the response but just more great Canon memories.
