MX920 printer says a document in the queue and we can't print from any machine, How to delete?

We have a Canon MX920 printer. Currently an IPAD and two dell pcs use it.

For the past two days the printer box that comes up on my PC keeps saying there is a document in the queue so it won't print anything but none of our three devices show a document in the queue.

 

How can i delete this mythical, non-existent document so i can clear the printer to print again?

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated and thank you all very much.
