MX870 loss of power/ was connected to surge /

MX870 was only equipment effective plugged into the surge protector/ all other equipment is working  Is there a reset switch?  or can I go into it to do a reset?   Can it be the power cord?

Hello brooksdbb.

 

To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes.  Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on.
