I just purchased a PIXMA MX522 and it was delivered today. I am going through the start up steps, and I keep getting an error code 5011. This is very disappointing. I'm trying the advice of a previous poster, to turn it off for 10 minutes and check all paper trays etc. (though there was never paper in it - because it Just Arrived - I have never printed anything). I'm sure hoping there's a fix and that this is not a lemon. Can anyone help? Thanks.

That method of unplugging for 10 minutes did not work. I am returning this printer to the seller. This has been disappointing and frustrating. Partly because now I need to print out a return label and must go to the copy shop to do it.
