Black ink prints misaligned.  Tried head alignment and cleaning still having the same issue.  Any suggestions?

Hi ksbe19,

 

Since the alignments did not work, you can try cleaning the encoder film of the printer to see if this will help.  To do this, please follow the steps located here.  Should you still experience difficulty, the printer may require servicing; please call or email us using one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
