MX340 not scanning properly

I have a MX 340 that has worked perfectly until today. I have tried scanning a document several times and each time the preview shows the entire document but the actual import is only a small area that has been zoomed in. The document is my W2. Each and every box on the form is outlined in color in the scan. What is going on?!?! Thanks for any and all help.

Update--discovered that the default setting is now on "photo" so that was limiting the scan. How do I change the default profile?

Hi wbdevers,

 

So we can best assist you, please let us know if you are scanning from the printer or using the scanning software on the computer. We will also need to know what version of Windows or Macintosh is installed on your computer.
