MP600 gives message "The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head."
I tried deleting the printer & reinstalling it & the drivers. That didn't work. FYI: the print heads were never changed- they are the ones that vcame with the pribnter, so I have no idea how they can be wrong, unless it is a software issue giving this message. Please advise.

To try and resolve the error, please remove all of the ink tanks and print head from the printer, then reseat them by following the steps located here. Next, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on. If the error persists, the pinter will require servicing.
