MP560 B200 printer error

MrGarlic

Last night I found my printer blinking with the following message:  Printer error has occurred.  Unplug the power cord and contact the service center.  The printer shows the numer B200.  Don't have a clue what to do next..

Thanks for anyone's help.

Hi MrGarlic,

You can try performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer and let it sit for 60 seconds. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer. If the still appears, the printer will need to be replaced since repair service is no longer provided for this model.
